Yordan Ivanov is a lawyer, a manager and partner of Yordan Ivanov and Partner. He provides advice in the areas of corporate/trade law and management of investment projects. He has vast experience and knowledge of the regulations of regional development. He is a consultant to a number of building companies and associations. Yordan has detailed knowledge of the regulations concerning renewable energy sources. He has provided legal advice to the Solar Association and companies which invest in this sector. For the last 5 years he has been helping Bulgarian municipalities in their role of procuring entities as well as companies which are either procuring entities or contractors according to the Public Procurement Act and Ministerial Decree 160. He is fluent in French and English.
Milka is highly experienced in Administrative Law, Labor Law and Property Law. She has more than 15 years of juridical experience in Council and Regional Administration. She has been involved in the drawing up of the Spatial Development Act, the Cadastre and Property Register Act, and the Public Procurement Act.
She is fluent in English.
Lyudmila specializes in the area of Property Law and Family Law. She has 20 years of juridical experience. She is an expert in the Spatial Development Act.
Rosen is a lawyer specializing in Criminal Law with 20 years of experience, 5 of which were as an assistant investigator-in-charge. Rosen provides defense and representation in public criminal cases and private criminal cases.
Iskra is a lawyer with solid experience in Tax Law. She has long-term experience with the taxation authorities and, as a freelance lawyer, she is an indispensable partner in the field of Administrative Law and Tax Law.
Galina is in charge of the project management and consultancy section of Yordan Ivanov and Partners. She liaises with independent experts and organizes the necessary technical information for the legal advice and defense which we provide to our clients.
She is fluent in Greek.
Atanas Ingilizov was born in 1975 and graduated in Law from Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv in 2001. He has 18 years’ juridical experience having specialized in the field of Labor Law, Family Law, as well as in Domestic Violence.
Georgi Spasov was born in 1976 and graduated in Law from Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv in 2001. He has 18 years’ juridical experience, having specialized in the field of Insurance Law, Administrative Criminal Law, and Criminal Law.
Konstantin Kostadinov was born in 1973 and graduated in Law from Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv in 2001. He is highly experienced in Commercial Law, Labour Law, Contractual Law, and in Property law.
